Welcome to Highland Counseling Services.

Hi there, I'm Jen. I'm a Mom, a Veteran, and a divorcee. I'm experienced with life-changing trauma, narcissistic abuse recovery, relationship issues, neurodivergence, and more. I believe that we are all wired for connection, and that the quality of those connections, deeply impact our lives and our relationships. I'm here to help strengthen those connections with yourself and others by offering validation, tools and a helping perspective. I enjoy working with adults, couples and families to improve communication, connection and facilitate healing.
